I was nervous too but its not that hard. First you got the Team work exercise: so in this they will tell you to read few articles and then you have to make decisions according to what you have read, they give you 15 mins to do this , then you have a group discussion where everyone shares there thoughs on the project for 30 mins then as a group you have to agree and present the project to the staff in 5 mins. This isn't hard at all just make sure you contribute a lot and if you took the leading position its even better- an easy way to get the leader position is by saying something like " so guys what your thought of this section of the project"as soon as the stuff say let the discussion begin and then just lead the conversation. Tell people your ideas and also expand on other people ideas aswell and if you think there idea isn't that great tell them and say why. If personally wasnt the leader but i contributed a fair amount.
Next you got a written exercise: in this they give you something to read and you have to discuss the question, give the pros and the cons then come up with a conclusion, bit like a buisness or geography essay. I had to compare 2 peoples idea on a project which we discussed on the team-work exercise and write a letter to the headoffice saying who's idea was better. I done really bad at this bit like i only wrote 2 pages, this was 1 hour long.
Last you got the interview, most people worry about this but dont, the staff are so nice !. You need to think of situations where ur creative, a good leader, where u disagreed with someone, where you had to work as a team, your weakness, your strengths and also why you chose the brightstart scheme. you need to think of few things that you have done for long peroid of time like work experience, activities, sports, helping out at events... If you have to lie then make sure its not obvious e.g. you could says u tuition kids and so on be creative. I was very lucky as im famous on youtube so i talked about youtube for like 30 mins and the lady was really interested in it and she was even laughing. Also make sure you prepare 5 questions to ask at the end. Make your self shine, DONT NOT BE NERVOUS, smile and seem confident :P. When you enter the room shake hands and say something like "Hello im Jake nice to meet you" and when youve finished say "Thank you for your time"
these are some notes i made which might help you for the interview, most of its just copied from there website:
