Housemate wanted for our house :))

Currently looking for one more person in our 5 bedroom house(1 boy and 3 girls) on Welford Road The rent is 70 pw (not including bills). Itis a short walk to the uni of Leicester(approx. 13 mins). There are 2 bathrooms, a decent sized kitchen and living room. Allthe bedrooms are of a good size. There is a garden and a basement. There aremany shops around the Welford Road area. It is a 20 minute walk to station anda 20-30 minute walk to town or alternately, you can get the bus, with thebustop being located 5 mins away from our house.
