will asthma affect my fitness to teach?
Having to fill out my occupational health questionnaire to send off and I am worried having asthma may affect this?
asthma is an incredibly common condtion and as long as its controlled then you ve nothing to worry about. I m starting nursing in september which has a stricter occupational health and their not bothered about asthma as long as your medication is working.
Agreed. I have a much more serious condition and haven't had any issues. Apparently I may be covered under the disability discrimination act, and even then the county are perfectly happy employing me. I think it comes down to your condition being under control. If it is, you're just as capable as the next person.
