Urgent help needed -- parent already registered on Student Finance?

I registered both my parents so they can support my application, but didn't realise that my mum already has a student finance account (which she used to support my sister's application). I gave her new email when I applied. This wouldn't have been a problem, but unfortunately when she tries to enter her National Insurance Number to 'complete her financial information', an error message comes up saying that she's already registered with that number. She's tried logging on from her other (old) account but it won't let her support my application because I haven't listed her as a parent! Argh. Please help ASAP
