Can't choose between universities

Hey,
I got this masters course which I want to do.
UCL Have a much better course programme (theory and clinical experiance) but it will be nearly 17k for 2 years
However another uni in the north do it for 1 year which is 5k and the course is not as good (only theoretical).
I can't choose what to go for because I have been told to look at the practical side (money side) but is that what i should go for?
Well, someone else can't choose for you.

1) Would you get student loans for either of the courses?
2) Consider which jobs each course opens up for you.

Yeah your right, it's somethingni have to do myself
Having done my research, I dont get any student loans for neither. They both open up to the same jobs but the more expensive one gives me a better chance in doing the job I want.
I guess the answer is in front of me!
