I'd take an orgasm over diarrhoea any day.

All depends on the build up and poo quality.
If it's just a quick w*nk, versus a nice smooth, full bodied poo then I'd say the poo would be better.
However if the orgasm was from intercourse or oral, especially versus a weak or too wet of a poo the the orgasm would be better, although less of a relief than the poo
