facial hair help is this a decent beard for 4 weeks

i am born in february 1987 so i am 28 years old, i have not shaved now for at least a month 4 weeks, i am trying to see if i can grow a beard because up to now late twenties i have had only sparse facial, is this a decent beard for 4 weeks
