Should i do accounting a level?

I want to be a stockbrocker/investment banker and i am picking maths further maths economics and accounting.i plan to drop further maths at AS as i dont think i could manage A2,however,will accounting be a good choice as i may want to be an accountant or is the a level too soft?

You don't need accounting A-level to become an accountant, they would train you anyway. Pick physics or chemistry or history instead of accounting?

Accounting is seen as a softer subject.

I am traveling down the investment banking route myself. I'd say Economics definitely helps. Maths is great and you should take it. I'd advise taking a language instead of accounting. That's really pushed for these days in all industries especially banking due to the global element of it.
