Second year - halls

Hey guys

After my initial plans going awry, it seems my last option for accommodation next year will be halls - which I don't mind too much.

But does anyone here have experience applying to halls as a non-fresher? If so, what are the chances that it'll work out??

Don't you have to apply to be a hall senior to be allowed to halls as a second year student?
