Good Newspaper to Read for PPE

I am considering studying PPE at Oxford for which it seems necessary to be thoroughly aware of current affairs. Which newspaper would you recommend for this?

Depends if you're left wing the guardian if you're right wing the times. Perhaps the financial times?

Is The Financial Times very comprehensive as, from the title, I would imagine that it merely looks at things from a monetary perspective. Also, is there a newspaper which you would say does not have a political agenda and is relatively objective?

I don't know for sure what politics tutors actually read, but in general Oxford academics, if not just the senior ones, love and read The Guardian.

The PVC education made a joke about everyone being a keen reader of it at OUSU Teaching Award, and loads of academics published a joint letter only to them in light of the Security and Counter-Terrorism Bill. But Oxford obviously has connections at all major papers.
