Umm food production can decrease since bees play an active role in the reproduction of plants. It's a really bad thing tbh. We need to make a concerted effort to save the bees.

interesting, another question. do you think its a bad idea to introduce mass agriculture into third world countries' ecosystems? on one side it can help the economy and provide better lives for the people on the other side they could be considered an invasive species in that area devastating the local plant life. what are your thoughts on this?

I don't think you can really force this mass agriculture unto 3rd world countries. What if they don't want to be an agricultural economy? I don't think it'd have that much of an effect on the ecosystem, unless you start planting something that wouldn't otherwise grow there.
