Received two different set of certificates for A levels?

I have received two different sets of certificates from my A levels. I did the subjects Accounting, Business Studies, Economics and Mathematics (C3, C4). I received three subjects in one certificate and Accounting alone in another certificate. Anyone know the reason why this might be the case?

nope, all cashed in together. this was the 2013 a level edexcel exams.

I'm fairly sure that Edexcel doesn't offer Accounting A level. Are you sure you don't have most of them on an Edexcel/Pearson certificate and the Accounting on a (say) AQA certificate?
