Do guys like being called pet names?

I've never really called boyfriends pet names, I use their names or sometimes beautiful, gorgeous etc, but recently my current boyfriend told me he loves it when I call him cute pet names. Why? Do other guys like being called cute names too? Just curious.

Ye its cute. Makes the girl seem really girly abd feminine. Feels likr im a teenager again lol

Could be nice, I suppose - I probably wouldn't mind it. I've never been called one by a girl, though.

Yeah they're good. Me and my girlfriend have been together some time and have evolved plenty of pet names for each other. The thing is you don't even notice it as it happens so organically.
