The listening/writing paper, reading/writing paper and writing in registers paper are together worth 120 UMS (3 papers, but only 1 unit) then the interpreting and the topics and texts are worth 90 each. You can't really say how much the listening on its own is worth because you only get one mark for unit 6, which is listening, reading and writing combined. It's good though because it means if your listening is bad, you can make up for it on the other 2 papers. You don't have a whole module mark relying on listening like you did at AS. I did terribly on the A2 listening paper; I left out loads of the questions, guessed most of tbhe ones I did answer and only got about halfway through the summary, but I still got an A for that module, so I must have done well enough in reading and writing to compensate.
