Waitress tryout - what would employers expect?

I have a tryout tomorrow at a cafe, and I know I must smile, be clean, wear the correct uniform and be polite. What else would the employer want from me?

I will come into the cafe 5 minutes early - would 10 minutes early be better?

I've given my CV to the manager when he offered me the tryout, but it won't be him doing my trial - he's on holiday.

It's always better to be early. It shows your punctual eitherway. Employers, want friendly, polite and motivated people, those who have a good work ethic and get on with customers will be just fine.

be clean? lol you should be "clean" everyday. just be yourself, just come in 5 minutes early. good luck and try your best, if you do not understanding anything always ask, better than not knowning and failing.
