Sorry I just saw this reply, it seems I have missed it two week ago.
Um... my physics is good compared to my classmates, but is not at the same level as those participating in competitions. I know a bit of advanced theories like Lagrangian mechanics, but I am probably week on the foundation because I could not solve many competition problems. Is it advisable to put advanced staff on personal statement?
I did biology, mathematics, physics , chemistry and IGCSE English as A First Language during my AS-years.

You don't need anything beyond your A-level syllabus. The vast majority of applicants will not have done Olympiads, etc.
