Pgce interview - 10 min presentation?
HI,
I have a PGCE interview in a couple of days - it is a schools direct programme though so the interview will be at a secondary school - as part of my interview I have to do a 10 minute presentation on "what is outstanding teaching and learning"
has anyone had to do this or anything similar
I know for other interviews (at universities) I've had to do a classroom activity but this 10min presentation is a first
im trying to put a PowerPoint together but struggling on content as im not sure whether I just explain what outstanding teaching and learning is or whether I needs to explain how to achieve outstanding teaching and learning

I would do a presentation that overs both what it is and how to achieve it, that way you cant go wrong. Because if you just over one angle they will ask about the other.
