Yes, but ti generally isn't worth the bother unless it's Maths or English Language. You can re-sit Maths and English Language in November but everything else would have to wait until next Summer. If you are taking the subject at A level then re-sitting the GCSE is pointless, if you aren't taking the subject at A level then you have a whole year to forget everything before re-sitting.
