The P is forever being missed from my surname, Thompson!
ppl forget the h at the end to say the least.
It's an Indian surname but without the "h" it's an english word...:ninja:
and I'm like really? you were short one letter. you couldn't put the effort for just one more letter?!

I get Olivier (Olivia) on every card for my auntie..I just don't have the heart to tell her that's not how it's spelt.
Name's Prarthana(yes, I'm Indian) and have heard people ruin my name everytime they try to call me.
Prathna, Parthana are the worst so far.
Some people don't even try lol.

My name is Joshua God damn it!
My name is very hard to pronounce and spell so when someone does so incorrectly i smile and nod. every single teacher from reception to year 12 has pronounced my name differently. i have had instances where they have argued over how to pronounce my name.
people spell my name sophia instead of sofia, which is annoying especially as it happens a lot at school/banks/hospitals etc
Also some people think my name is sonia or sarah "_"

School teachers used to spell it Ann-Marie and once even wrote it as "Anny-May", I had a lot of trouble with my last name too being spelt Loyd, Llyod, Lyod (My name is Lloyd, not that hard right?!)


That's actually my first name and I've had the same issues as yourself :tongue:
