3 A-levels in one year after IB?

Hi! I am planning ahead for my gap year, so I am wondering how possible it is to self-study 3 A-levels in one year after the IB exam in 2016 May. I would like to study computing, further mathematics, and physics. I was predicted 7s in maths HL and physics SL, but I have heard that A-level is harder!

Am I underestimating the difficulty (or overestimating myself), or is it doable?

I was told the exam for A Level FM is more 'routine' than IB HL Maths, albeit it has more content. If you're predicted 7s in Maths and Physics I don't see why you would have any trouble with A Levels.
