What happens if I accept a conditional offer but cant fulfill the expectations later?

Hello,

I have a very urgent question. Maybe someone has already experience in that.

I received a conditional offer from Glasgow and this will expire soon.
What will happen if I accept it but cant fulfill the language expectations later.
Will I have to pay the fees anyway or will the university just reject me and thats all?

Unfortunately the university still didn´t send me an answer to my question. I also tried to call them by phohne, but nobody goes on the phone...

Sry, I forgot to mention that the offer is for a postgraduate studies.

To the best of my knowledge and experience the uni will only start taking payments from you once you have met the conditions of your offer and then enrolled.
