This debate has been floating around since i can remember.. how to make tea properly?
Personally i put the tea back and water in first, leaving enough space at the top to add the milk (you can judge how much milk you need easier this way AND it tastes nicer!!)
I make the tea in a separate jug, with a tea bag (Yorkshire tea) and hot water as normal. I put the sugar in my cup, then the milk. Then I pour the tea in, and stir it.
PG tips tea bags. Water Sugar A pot with a handle Spices Milk The tea sieve thing, whatever it's called.
1) Put water, sugar, spices and tea bags in the pot. 2)Let it boil 3)Add milk 4)Let it boil again 5) Use your sieve tea thing to get rid of the spices and teabag from your tea.

Pour into a cup and enjoy, don't burn your mouth.
Good luck
This. Although I add the milk at the start and let it all boil together.
