How to make Tea.... the right way !!

This debate has been floating around since i can remember.. how to make tea properly?

Personally i put the tea back and water in first, leaving enough space at the top to add the milk (you can judge how much milk you need easier this way AND it tastes nicer!!)

How do you make your tea??:rofl3:

"MUUUUM, CAN YOU MAKE TEA PLZ? thnx"
I make the tea in a separate jug, with a tea bag (Yorkshire tea) and hot water as normal. I put the sugar in my cup, then the milk. Then I pour the tea in, and stir it.
I have my tea bag and sugar already in the cup before pouring in the water.

I heat up my milk til it's really hot. Then add to the black tea.

Can't stand tea/coffee without hot milk :h:
Honestly depends on what tea you are going for.

For the classic Indian tea

What you will need:

PG tips tea bags.
Water
Sugar
A pot with a handle
Spices
Milk
The tea sieve thing, whatever it's called.

1) Put water, sugar, spices and tea bags in the pot.
2)Let it boil
3)Add milk
4)Let it boil again
5) Use your sieve tea thing to get rid of the spices and teabag from your tea.

Pour into a cup and enjoy, don't burn your mouth.

Good luck :colondollar:
You feral beasts.

It's tea bag & sugar in. Hot water in. Tea bag out. Milk in. Stir.
Tea bag, sugar, water, milk, tea bag out, voila

hot milk?? really, but then wouldn't it be way to hot to drink and you'd have to leave it to cool down anyway??

 preach !!
Firstly, what's all this sugar? Ruins the taste.

TEA BAG:
- Tea bag in
- Hot water in
- Stir
- Tea bag out
- Milk in
- :h:

TEA POT:
- Make tea in pot (teabags, hot water, stir, leave for 2-3 minutes)
- Milk in mug
- Tea in mug
- :u:

Either works. But seriously, NO SUGAR

Teabag in, boiling water in, wait 10 minutes, drink.

Am I the only one who drinks tea plain and strong? (ie no milk, no sugar and with the bag still in the mug)

Boiling the milk makes it taste awful to me! Hate when my mom accidently lets the milk boil after she puts it in at the end, just tastes so weird!
