What to do?

I am in the US and according to OU courses available in this country (of which there are only a few) I can take a Health Sciences track. However, when I attempt to register (no matter which course) the dropdown for the US is absent. I have reached out via email to OU several times and really got unsatisfactory, quite template-based answers. Is this indicative of what to expect if you study there? Should this be a clear indicator that frustrations surrounding responses are inevitable? Are there any US based students who actually study with OU?

I appreciate any advice.
You have to call OU and they manually register you!

I have generally found that dealing with any business of any kind via email can be a huge pain in the butt. Some never respond, others respond a week later, others only send out automated messages.

It sounds like your problem should be dealt in a personal manner, so you should definitely call them. The OU is much friendlier and more efficient on the telephone. :smile:
