How can I confirm my offer?

I have a conditional offer which says i need to finish college and have atleast 320 ucas points. I finished college 3 weeks ago and received my srf with all my grades on it. I put them into a btec calculator and i have more than 320 ucas points. I called northumbria and emailed them a copy of my all my grades but they said they cant accept my srf for some reason. They said they need to confirm my grades but i have no other way of confirming them .I dont know when i will be getting my certificates so i cant send those in. What should i do?
