How to get this girl's number?

I met this girl at a new job I just started, she is really pretty and was starting conversations with me a lot, so I was wondering how I can start a conversation with her to get her number, as we don't really know each other that well yet. Should I wait a bit more time?

First of all be careful as many will not date at work. Secondly don't just ask for her number - get to know her and talk more. Then exchanging numbers will feel more natural.

just get to know her more, then she may give you hers. if not, just ask her for it :-)

Well, did you ever consider that she might have a boyfriend? ...

Also you need to be careful with 'office romance'... some companies are very against that.
