Acne problems!

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has tried the Lustre pure light from boots to treat acne or any other blue light devices? I feel like I have tried everything to get rid of spots and nothing has worked. Any info on this would be helpful :smile:
What type of acne, how severe and what have you tried previously? These devices treat only acne caused by bacteria, when acne can also be the result of hormones/food intolerances, etc. Seems very costly so perhaps a last resort? If the acne is severe enough, then you may wish to discuss the option of Roaccutane with your GP. What's your current skincare routine like?
Diet man, whenever I eat junk, I start getting spots.

I only eat clean but get really bad spots. Im not sure its acne could just be clusters of bad spots but I don't want to take tablets due to the side affects they have. Thats when I came across this light, so not sure whether to go for it or not
