Problems with funding

I am registered for an Open University course and have the funding in place for £2700 for the module through student finance.

However when I click through the options for paying it says that it appears that I am not eligible for funding from student finance???

Anyone know how I go about getting this sorted?
I have emailed the Open University but have got nothing back from them
Why not give them a call to their friendly staff
Sorry I can't help you with your query, but can I ask what course you're doing, and have you just finished your A-levels? I've realised I don't really want to go to university, but open university seems like a possible alternative.
