No, but if both courses are available at that uni, you're normally allow to change after the first year

yes but if their both at the same uni and almost the same course you d be better off picking which ever one you prefer (it d be pointless applying to both)

What's the course?
Is it the same Course name but at different Universities? If so then yeah I think you can.

the course is called Global health and social medicine, but the has both a BA and BSc Hons.Thank you anyway

It all depends on what you want from the course. I think the Bsc will be more scientific so more physics, biology, chemistry etc.
If you go on the university website you want to choose it should outline the modules for the different courses.

I'm not saying go to this university put his page has the differences between the modules for Bsc and BA.
Just have a think about what modules you'd prefer.
