Loan or no loan?

I have been outside UK/EU for the past 4 years in which time I've completed my a levels. So as a citizen of UK, what loan options do I have as I will probably be considered an international student(3 years residency needed before start of course)?

As an International student, there are no loans available in the UK - sorry.

none unless you can prove your absence was temporary
