You have just been appointed as an Employability Skills consultant in a well known corporate organisation
which has a significant number of employees. During the interview process leading to your subsequent
appointment, you have been mandated to research into the organisation and were asked to present a
report on how to determine own responsibilities and performance objectives within workplace, how to be
able to develop interpersonal and transferable skills, and to develop the understanding of dynamics of
working with others as teams and on how to develop strategies for problem solving.
