my dad shouts really bad.........HELP !!!

i get really scared when he shouts....i get this weird feeling in my stomach.

lool, my parents are so loud, that my friend thought that they were having some hardcore, intense argument, and was just sitting outside of our house for like, 20 minutes

I'm watching tv and he says close the blinds out of no where and then starts swearing......i bloody **** myself.
