If a child is among the relatives then I think you should save them. At least the 'true love' would be older and would've experienced more years of life stuff.
You're basically playing God, pick that one that supported you more and you know will always be there for you 👍🏻

Or look at it another way...

Pick the lesser of two evils and save as many lives as you can?

You'd have to save as many people as possible so you'd let your true love die.
Relatives...I don't remember needing my true love to survive but I sure do need my family.

I'd get inheretance if family died. Plus, you can't fudge your family.

Relatives because they've always been there for me.
This is soooooo hard! I want to save my true love, but let my family die? I couldn't do that, nor let my true love die, perhaps I would just die that seems like the easier option.

My family have never really been there for me or supported me, I've never felt like I fit in with them. Some of my family are brilliant but I feel like I can be myself around someone I love. So it would be awful but I'd rather be with my true love.
Throw myself in front of the carts wheels and de-rail it as it turns saving everyone!
