I think it's stupid. The Supreme Court is against the ban as it denies liberty, which is the core to any democracy.
Rape cannot simply be curbed by considering sex as a taboo. Sex ed must be introduced in schools and the cultural aspect needs to take a backseat now. Ban on rape is not going to make men stop thinking of women as objects.
People in here actually tell us women that it's our fault that men rape us because if we reveal our body(even in a non sexual way), men can't control their urges. Lol men aren't wild animals.
Porn isn't so bad when compared to religious propaganda leaders are ready to pressurise women to bear more children when the population is already so high. They clearly don't understand how babies are produced. Yes, people in porn industry indeed suffer from abuse. But that's not the reason why it got a ban in here and hence, it's a stupid move.
