MSc in Environmental and Natural Ressource Economics

Hello,
This academic year I'm going on a exchange program to the University of California at Davis to finish my Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, I'm considering doing a Master's degree related to Environmental Economics starting on September 2016.

I was thinking on applying for MSc Carbon Management at the University of Edinburgh (hard to get an offer) or for MSc in Environmental and Natural Ressource Economics at the University of Copenhagen.

Do you think it's a good choice?
What do you think about the job prospects ?
Should I do an MSc in just Economics instead?
