What's your favourite curry

According to the Telegraph eating three curries a week could lower your risk of death. I'm going to ignore the potentially dubious science here and use this as an excuse to eat more.

My favourite is a Tarka Dal. Toasted cumin seeds and mustard seeds make it BEAUTIFUL.

Depends on what you mean by curry.
I thought everyone's risk of death is about 100%?

Never had a mung bean i'll have to try them out.
Something medium... with lamb. Maybe a rogan josh, a bhuna, a balti or a madras at a push.

With peshwari naan and a mixed kebab. Not bothered about rice, unnecessary carbs.
I know it's really boring, but I love a korma.

There... I've said it now- I'm out and I'm proud:wink:
Hold on a sec. Does that mean my diet will make me immortal?

Love a good Korma as long as its not TOO sweet. Think sometimes there's too much coconut? Prefer it a darker yellow... Never cooked my own though so not 100%
I love North Indian garlic chilli chicken:

I totally agree :teehee:
If you're talking about the typical British-Indian places, then it has to be a Jalfrezi.

Chicken Madras mmmmmm
Aloo gobi
The Balti obviously. By a long way.

Vindaloo is excellent as well. At some point I'm gonna try a Phaal out of curiosity to see how hot it is, I reckon I could do it but not sure it'd be enjoyable, but then again Vindaloos are supposed to be hot and I love them, not hot at all imo.

I really like Dal Makhani (the ready made meals) 50p form morrisons xD are aammmaaazing!!!
also any paneer tikka dish is also very apetizing
Favourite curry recipe is chettinad chicken with spinach, simply because it takes so little effort to make. The two Madhur Jaffrey books I own are full of excellent curries.
