ROOM TO RENT

We have a room to rent in a six bedroom house, sharing with three males and one female. There is no preference whether the sixth occupant is male or female.

We are all going in to second year but do not mind whether you are a fresher, second, third or an MA student.

The rent works out at about £67 a week, however we have been advised to keep aside £40 a month for bills each, so with this, £77 a week is the rough estimate for rent.

The house will be available from 1st September.

The house is located on Gore Terrace (SA1 5DN) and a quick check on Google Maps just shows how close the property is not only to all of the University campuses, but how close it is to the City Centre, the train station, but most important of all, Wind Street.
