Is the Kirkstall Brewery Oak house a nice place to live?

Hello ,
I have been there once and I liked it to be honest with you , the residence is not that far from Kirsktall abbey , apart from this I live in Kirkstall and I am sure you`ll love the area .
The residence is close to a new shopping center that will open soon , there is also a big morrisons which is 5 min from the residence .
In addition to all of that there is a nice Leisure center , you can get there by walking (please check :
