The deep web sounds sinister and fascinating but I won't be checking it out anytime soon. I'm not tech savvy enough to deal with the intricacies of the deep web, so I'd rather not risk anything. For now, I'll watch videos of other people exploring the deep web, so I don't have to. :tongue:

Well, exactly. Everyone says they 'heard someone said they saw it' but no one actually ever says they saw it themselves. Also, as far as I have read on the internet so far, those red room videos have all been proven to be a fake and a set up. It isnt hard to fake killing someone, there are very realistic horror films as well, have you seen Cannibal Holocaust? The fillmakers were investigated and accused of actually murdering people and animals because it was so realistic.

The idea that there is a live feed where you can watch people being murdered and decide what happens to them is a bit too cartoonish to be true.

I mostly agree. Actual red rooms probably do exist and have existed, though - but in a more rudimentary fashion than how they're depicted. Red rooms are extremely rare and, where they are present, are accessible by an exclusively small amount of people. It would be stupid to advertise a red room in such an elaborate and open way like this.

Most of the standalone websites are fake and all those assassination things are scams just to take your money, although having said that there are websites which you need to know to get on and I'm sure there are many which do have actual pages about that but the general public (people who aren't in the know) wouldn't know about it.

People misunderstand what Tor is all about, it's about having the freedom to do what you want with no regulations at all, anarchism.

No it's not illegal.

It's just the stuff you can do on it that can be illegal.
Also don't worry if you accidentally find illegal stuff, the government are going to be searching for the providers, not the small fish like you would be (no offence.)

Mind you can still give info away, by what you say, etc. etc. (including colloquial or dialectical things). So don't be a fool in that regard, like using your real name, giving out phone no., personal email address.

Trust me, it's totally fine getting it. Imagine it like the illegal things aren't blocked, because they can't be blocked.

Oh, and it says enabling javascript puts you at risk (disabled by default), isn't ultimate protection (sounds like STD :tongue:

) either, you can improve by using a VPN. But it's very good by itself, and really you don't need to worry about extra-protection at all at the moment.

There are other improvements you can make, they are just far too advanced and unnecessary for now.

Also although they can't necessarily see what you're browsing or downloading etc. etc. if like for example a CPer downloads a video, that would take up a lot of bandwidth which might give an indication as to what they're doing.

this happened to me when my mouse started moving and i was not controlling it i gained control finally and tracked the person who was controlling my computer ugh but its dodgy people are so messed up and you have to pay everything in bitcon i bought tesco vouchers which really helped my mum because tesco is a ripoff ugh some sites are really dodgy pervy scary gross stuff and others are really cool and fun

Okay, I'm not going to suggest you're making this up or anything, but I'm going to choose to not believe things like that actually happen, the idea that I could pay money to be in charge of what happens to someone like that is seriously the most messed up and sick thing I've ever heard.

I've never been on the dark web or ever seen child porn either, although from what I've seen from documentaries and TV shows, it's oh so real. Very very sickening to think about
