IB or risk internship

Hi,

I am currently considering my options to apply for various consulting and IB internships. I am a bachelor student International Business Administration at RSM (top 10 business school in Europe), good grades ( around 8.5 out of 10), even better grades for finance-related subjects (10 out of 10 for all subjects until now), some Extracurricular activities ( board year at student association) and I am doing an internship at a forbes 500 technology firm in a non finance related department.

I am going to apply for some big banks but my question is: what are the chances to be accepted in IB vs. Risk departments (especially since I have no finance work experience). I would love to do IB but I rather do risk than do no internship at all. Thanks
