Question about SAAS
I don't have my national insurance number, there has been a few complications with it. And as far as I can tell I wont get on for at least 40 business days, which is a joke tbh. But its my own fault for not applying earlier.
Can I apply for SAAS without a national insurance number?
and if I can't and have to pay the tuition fees, will the money be reimbursed by SAAS once I finally get to apply for it?
