Biomedical Science Help

Hi guys, i was really curious about this course and wanted to do this at Aston Uni next year, I wanted to know what the course was like in terms of lecture rooms, student intakes, the science facilities, the exams that are taken, ( are they taken after every module or the end of the year) and how many hours a week do you spend at uni lectures/lab etc...

I would really appreciate if someone from Aston Uni would give their point of view on this course:
is it worth doing this course for 3 years?
would doing radiography benefit in terms job prospects?
Which is better, Biomedical Science or Radiography?
