How to apply to Berkeley?

Hi, so I was wondering if anyone here had a bit of knowledge on the application process for Berkeley. I am interested in applying but can't work out how (as it does not come up on common app) and when by, as the site seems to suggest by the end of november despite saying SAT tests should be completed by Decemeber? Can anyone help with this? Thank you!

You need to go to the UC Admission page admission.universityofcalifornia.edu. It's kinda portal to apply to UCs. You should take SAT I by the end of Nov because the dateline for UCs is 30 NOVEMBER*(take note).
