How long to replace/repair a clutch?

You should NOT be riding the clutch for snow driving - I guess you have learned this the hard way and can just put it down to experience. I have done a lot of snow driving in the Scottish Highlands and never had to ride the clutch to do any damage to my car at all.

Anyway - £300 would be a very good price for a clutch change. It would probably take an afternoon for a garage to do it.
I have just taken my daughters ford ka in and they told me about £100 for part and £150 labour, so £250 total x
