business vs psychology degree

hi, i have the offer for single honours business and management for Glasgow. But i have heard that degrees at glasgow are quite flexible. Is there any way to join undergraduate as single honours business and management student and end up with a joint honours psychology and business and management by taking some courses, or conversion course or something? Please hep me as i need to make my decision early.Regards,
