waiting list
my firm choice is DRAMA. I phoned up and asked the uni to put me on the waiting list.
they said that to be on the list I need to have the requirements or above.
can they do this?
say everyone on the list doesn't reach the grade requirements or not everyone accepts. Do they lower the requirements or do they keep it at what Is asked.

You would have to ask that Uni how they select from the reserve list - each Uni/course does this differently.
Any Uni can use whatever system they choose to select through Clearing or near-misses - there are no 'rules'.
