Have bad Trapped Wind. What can i do to pass it ?

This gonna sound like odd advice but kneel on all fours and stay there for like 10 mins, best way to get rid of trapped wind!

It's not Trapped Wind. Having lots of tests - they don't know what it is :confused:

when did you last see a doctor?
I haven't because,i just assumed that it would go - but it hasn't.
If you drink a lot of fizzy pop you should try stop for a week, if not it could be flu or sick bug
My husband has had several colonoscopies, they don't hurt (or he would have screamed like a baby).
He has colitis which is similar to IBS,
if the doctor thinks you should have one I strongly advise you to go ahead. Don't be scared, they will give you muscle relaxants to make it easier, take them and you will be fine.
