The biggest problem is gona be the emos. More and more are turning up every year. Emos are gona take over download.

Emo's aren't a problem. Just leave them be, for crying out loud - they're not doing anything to hurt you. Emos aren't going to take over Download at all.
Goths, Emos, Metal heads, generic people who wear black a lot... we're all just a bunch of cool people, who enjoy and appreciate music - maybe having different tastes, but we all have a mutual appreciation of music. Let's not let some PETTY difference cause trouble again this year.

I'd ask that we don't start discriminating against Emo's for having bigger fringes, ok?

The whole discrimination against emo's is that they care more for image than music. It's the shallowness that annoys people, and not necessarily the quality of the music (even though alot of it is gash)

Well yes, there is that, but my view is - it doesn't hurt me, so it doesn't bother me.

The cess pool at the bottom of the toilets at last year's Download festival I'd say that was arguably similar to my idea of hell - boiling hot and full of human waste...

There are hundreds of loos all over the site with water stations very close by so you can get water for a wash. Last year, they had communal showers too, which were pretty popular. There's usually a toilet block per campsite. Though last year, they opted for huge metal roman toilets which were pretty disgraceful - mainly because you looked down at your peril to see all kinds of human waste, and with the temperatures... it was quite unbelieveably bad. There are however 2 toilet blocks in the arena themselves which are portaloos (with urinals for the chaps) which are SIGNIFICANTLY nicer than the campsite ****ters.
