Regarding accomodation and, accounting and finance

Hello, may I know whether Kent is starting to reply to the accomodation? I've sent in my application about 2 months ago and haven't received any response yet.

Also, for any students that studied or is studying accounting and finance in Kent, what do you think about the course? I read the description of Quantitative models and Methods for Acc and Finance and saw most of the topics are from statistic and pure maths. Is the level of difficulty the same as A level maths or is it not as detailed as the A levels? I got A in my A level maths but I'm afraid I got rusty in some of the topics especially statistic(It's almost 9 months since I last studied). I hope that some of you can reply as soon as possible so I can start reading through before uni starts.
