CHE-5150Y Medicinal Chemistry UEA

Hi,

I am about to start my second year and unfortunately due to a timetable clash I can't continue with both Genetics and Organic Chemistry, as Genetics Is my best subject I will be sticking with it.

I am considering taking Medicinal Chemistry (CHE-5150Y) and wondered what people generally think of this module? and if anyone has taken It without taking Organics it would be very interesting to know how you found it?

I did the medicinal chem module in my second year and it was very heavily organic based. It's probably changed now but I found it harder than was appropriate for that level. It was all mechanisms. Drawn in chalk which was not visible from the back. I still managed to get a first though :smile:
