Student Accommodation vacancy at Storthes Halls!

Hey guys,

Unfortunately due to some last minute changes I will be attending another University in September and I'm looking for someone to take the tenancy from me otherwise I will have to pay for the full year.

The room available is at Storthes halls and is the double room single occupant suite and is an en suite. The rent would normally be £120 per week but is £111 per week due to me booking the room early. Bills will be included in the price. I will also put £300 forwards which will cover the cost of the rent which is due for the end of august!
